Stabilizer - Floor Bracket

Stabilizer steel brackets are a pre-engineered, effective and permanent solution that restore structural integrity to a foundation wall. Bowed, sheared and tipped walls can be quickly repaired and restored with no outdoor excavation required.
Structural steel I-beams are placed vertically every 5’ - 6’ against the foundation wall and held in place by steel brackets below at the footer and above at the joists. The brackets are then tightened, transferring pressure from the beam to the wall.
Once securely in place, Stabilizer prevents any further bowing or bulging of the wall.
Floor bracket is bolted to either the footer or the floor to secure the beam at the bottom
